Payment Tips

• Please pay the exact amount due on the invoice– If you wish to make an additional cash donation, use

the icon on your login screen• Payment cannot be split between credit card and

a check, please choose one method of payment• For credit card payments, you will be notified

when your payment has been processed• After payment has been received, you will

receive an email asking that the Donor or SBU Coordinator contact you to arrange the delivery of the items, service or activity.

You will receive an e-mail notice telling you that you have won

Donor/Coord Notified of Winning Bidder Payment

• After your payment has been processed, the auction will notify the donor and/or SBU coordinator for the donor. You will be copied on this e-mail.

• The donor or SBU Coordinator will then contact you to arrange delivery of the item you won.

• Please complete your transaction promptly and enjoy your winning item.
