• Finding Student’s Username and/or College ID Number• Logging into Student Eagle Advisor• Complete the Online Orientation• Search the Online Schedule• Check Student’s Registration Appointment• View/Print Academic Information

The Counseling Department would like you to know how to assist students with their Student Eagle Advisor account:

Find your Username and/or College ID

Go to my.msjc.edu Click on “What is my user ID and my College ID?”

Find Your Username and/or College ID (cont.)

Enter your last name

Enter your social security number

Click on submit

Logging into Student Eagle Advisor

Go to my.msjc.edu Log in with your Username and Password Username: First Initial of First Name + Last Name + Last 3 digits of Student ID (ex jdoe789) Password: 6 digit birth date (MMDDYY) If you are a new student you will be prompted to change your password Click on the Student Eagle Advisor tab

Online Orientation

The Counseling Department offers an Online Orientation to prepare first-time students.

The MSJC Online orientation covers:• Becoming a student • Strategies for success • Programs of study at MSJC • Types of Educational Institutions • Campus support resources and services • Student Code of Conduct • College terminology

To begin the online orientation, login to my.msjc.edu and click on the Student EagleAdvisor tab.  Online Orientation is listed under Pre Registration.

Search the Online Schedule

Go to MSJC’s homepage: www.msjc.edu

Click on My MSJC

Search the Online Schedule

Click on Search the Schedule of Classes

View/Print Academic Information

Need your Assessment Scores?

View/Print your Schedule

View/Print your Unofficial Transcript

View your Financial Aid Summary

Log In to your Student Eagle Advisor Account

Search the Online Schedule

Click on the current TermSearch by Subject, Course #, Section #, Location, Day of

the Week, Hour, etc.

Search the Open Class List located at www.msjc.edu

Find Your Registration Appointment

Begin by logging into My MSJC

Click on the Student Eagle

Advisor tab

Under Pre-Registration click on When is my Registration

Appointment; do I have any hold to clear first

Note: Dual Enrollment Students do not register for their classes. The High School Counselor will register you for classes.
