This presentation is designed to

introduce the FIU campus

community how to use

PantherSoft to view information

about students.

There are two different ways to

view information about students

1. Through advisor self-service, as

covered in this tutorial

2. Through the administrative views,as covered in the Viewing StudentRecords training class

After you log in to

PantherSoft, the list

of all menu itemsyou can access will

appear.

Click on SA

Self Service

Then, click onLearning Management,

Home,

Learning Management

Information has the

links for accessing

student information

To see student

information,

click the

New/Drop-inAdvisees link

If you have

advisees

assigned to you,click the View

AdviseeInformation link

To see a students SASS report, clickView Degree Progress (FACTS).

This will take you out of PantherSoft

Here, you

can enter

a studentsPanther ID

If you dont know thestudents ID, click the

magnifying glass to search

by name

Clicking on the magnifying glass

will bring you to the Lookup

Student ID page

Enter thestudents name

in the

Lastname,First

name format

(no spaces),then click the

lookup button

Choose the student you want

from the search results by

clicking on any link within a line
