OTM Consolidation Considerations

• OTM consolidates Order Releases during Bulk Planning• Consolidated Shipments may contain multiple Ultimate Consignees.• Census determines that one declaration should be made for each

Ultimate Consignee.• In order to keep shipping costs low, deconsolidation should only

occur on the Trade Transaction rather than the OTM Shipment.• Deconsolidation breaks Customs Shipments out into a declaration
