year we wanted to make it even better
for you so it’s now an 8 week challenge!
That’s basically an entire summer full of
incredible daily workouts, new fitness &
lifestyle videos, delicious healthy recipes
and all the inspiration you need to reach
your goals.

The Summer Shape Up Series starts
on Monday, July 9th! Get it girl!

This challenge is your chance to make
amazing new girlfriends, have tons of
fun, and watch your health and fitness
dreams come true. Each week we will be
giving you new workouts, recipes, and all
the tips & advice from Katie to help you
have your best summer ever!

Every Sunday we’ll be sending
out your weekly workout
schedule, so make sure you’re
checking your inbox on the
reg. Your first weekly workout
schedule will be sent on Sunday,
July 8th, so you’re ready to start
on Monday, July 9th.
