our customers and to the higher education marketplace

• Our existing feature set does not fully meet our vision, or the needs of our

customers, and must be significantly developed

• Leganto provides complementary features that do meet many of these

needs; combined with SIPX nearly all existing needs can be met as well as

many additional

• We are moving fully ahead in developing a combined product that puts

SIPX’s learning affordability capabilities into Leganto

• Current SIPX platform will close in 2018 with an option for existing

customers to migrate to Leganto
