Lessons Learned

• Wouldn’t have done anything differently• Okay to Play• Don’t wait until information is perfect or all

ready to go • 3 years worth – 5 years would be better• Tried to force this into the way we do business

– multiple accounts made it difficult in the end – now we have project to clean up – but still would not have waited!
