Thank you for purchasing a product manufactured by Superior Faux Products, Inc. For

your peace of mind, we provide the following LIMITED WARRANTY to the original

registered owner of our products.

The Limited warranty covers any manufacturing defect for 10 years from the original

registered owner’s date of purchase. The Company warrants the structural integrity of

the product and specifically the exterior membrane of its waterfalls, streams, creeks,

ponds and landscape rocks against chipping and/or cracking during the warranty period.

WARNING: The products are lightweight and durable but are decorative in

nature and are not to be thrown, walked on, jumped on, climbed on, sat on,

used as a diving board or otherwise used as a play toy or as furniture.

Personal injury and/or property damage may occur if the product is misused

in any manner. Except for its standard limited warranty against cracking &

chipping, SFP makes no other warranty, express or implied. SFP assumes

no liability in connection with improper installation or use of its products.

SFP is not liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages of any

kind. SFP's liability for all claims, whether arising out of breach of contract,

breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, is expressly

limited to the purchase price of the item ordered only.

What the warranty does not cover.

Color variations are not covered under this warranty. Our natural looking

Faux rock products are hand made to replicate quality craftsmanship of natural rock

formations. Consequently, they have variations in color and finish. Significant variations

in color may result from the manufacturing process or may occur while in use as a result

of acid rain, excessive pool chlorine use or other environmental factors beyond

manufacturer’s control. The finishes are also designed to age naturally to maintain an

authentic look.

The Company also does not warrant against the interior foam of the product chipping or

cracking over time since foam will chip or crack over time when exposed to normal

environmental conditions. The foam is added for rigidity purposes only and not for

cosmetic purposes.

Damages caused by incorrect installation or by not following the

Manufacturer’s Installation Guidelines are not covered by this Limited Warranty. The

water feature must be installed correctly in order to prevent this Limited Warranty from

becoming void. When installed correctly, Superior Faux Products

water features will be a lasting, beautiful contribution to your home.

SFP water feature hoses and fittings are not covered by this warranty.

Hoses and fitting must be replaced from time to time. Finally, routine semi-annual

maintenance of the products is required including re-sealing the products with a

solvent based concrete sealer.

Any products that were sold “As Is” marked on the receipt or the product are not

covered by this Limited Warranty. Please keep your receipt in a safe place should

you need to file a warranty claim. The receipt will prove date of purchase. You

cannot make a warranty claim without this receipt.

How to make a warranty claim.

Contact the Company to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization

Number). Deliver your product together with proof of purchase to: The dealer from

whom you bought the product or any Superior Faux Products, Inc. authorized

service center.

What we will do.

SFP will assess your product to establish the cause of the problem. If the problem is

due to a manufacturing defect covered by this Limited Warranty, the Company will

do one of the following:

1. We will repair your product without charge.

2. We will replace your product without charge or

3. We will give you credit which you can use towards the purchase of another

product manufactured by Superior Faux Products, Inc.

What we will not do.

1. We will not give you a refund.

2. We will not travel to your residence to inspect the product. You must return the

product to your place of purchase or an authorized dealer.

3. We will not pay for shipping your product back to us or to one of our authorized

dealers.

4. We will not pay to ship your product back to you from us or from one of our

authorized dealers.
