How to place an order onlineREGISTER FOR YOUR OWN ACCOUNT

AND SEE ALL THE ADVANTAGES OF BEING AN eRep.

1. Log in with your account number and password. Your account number must have 11 characters.

• Make sure to place the necessary zeros (“0”) before your account number to complete the 11 characters.

For example: 00000524864.

2. Click on “LOG IN”.

3. When you access your account, click on “Place an Order”.

Tip: Write down and save your password for future reference.

4. Select the Campaign.

5. Click on “Start my Order”.

6. Enter the line numbers and product quantity. (Click on the magnifying glass next to each product.) Verify that you have ordered the correct quantity of each product.

7. Click on “Save Order”. when you finish entering all the line numbers.

8. Order your Brochures. In this section, you can order Brochures from the following Campaigns.

9. Click on “Continue”.

Ordering Demos and Internet offers

9. To look through and purchase products from a specific Demo, click on its front cover.

10. To look through the Demo, click on the arrows on each side.

11. If while looking through the Demo you wish to purchase a product, simply click on the line number.

13. Click on “Add to Bag”.

14. Look through Internet offers by clicking on the arrow. To order from any of the Internet offers, click on “Order” and add product amount.

15. Continue with your order.

16. Verify and update your order.

17. Add the number of Customers attended before submitting your order.

18. Click on “Submit order to Avon” when you finish

Tip: Create your own Customer database so you can receive eBrochure orders.

1. To add Customers, click on “Add Customer”.

2. Fill in all fields with asterisks (*).

3. Click “Save” when finished.

4. Your registered Customer show up on the “Select Customer” area. You’ll be able to send an eBrochure to a Customers so they can make an order.

1. Select “Accept Order”.2. Click on update “Update Order”.

3. You can see every order by clicking on the order number of your choice. Remember to accept the order and click on “Update Order”.

4. Click on “Continue” to finish.

E-mail eBrochures to your Customers

Follow the steps on pages 4 and 5 to access the Campaign and choose a Brochure:

1. Click on “Place Order”.

2. On the next screen, choose the Campaign and click on “Start My Order”.

3. Click on “Brochure”.

4. Click on the Campaign of your choice.

5. Click on “EMail” to send eBrochure to your Customers.

6. Choose the Customer you want to send the eBrochure to.

7. Send the eBrochure to different Customer by adding them to your Customer list.

8. Fill in all the available fields.

9. Click on “Send e-mail”.

10. A screen will pop up with the message “E-mail was successfully sent.”

11. Click on “OK”.

12. By clicking on the link the Customer will have access to the eBrochure.

The Customer must click on the eBrochure to start shopping.

How does the eBrochure work

1. Click on the eBrochure you want to browse.

4. Click to zoom in/zoom out.

5. Return to your order.

6. Search for products by name or line number.

7. Click to e-mail the eBrochure to your Customers.

8. Click on the page number to go to that specific page.

10. Click to go back to the previous page.

How to place an order using the eBrochure

Tip: Receive Customer orders through the eBrochure and see how quickly your business grows.

2. Select the Campaign.

3. Click on “Start My Order”.

4. As well as ordering using line numbers, you can also order using the eBrochure by clicking on “Brochure”.

5. Click on the Brochure you want to shop from.

6. To choose a product, put the

mouse cursor over it.

7. Click on the product you want to purchase.

8. A product list with its respective line numbers and descriptions will appear.

9. Write down the quantity you

want per product.

10. Click on “Add to Bag” when you’re finished.

11. Click “Yes” to continue shopping.

12. Click “No” to finish your order.
