Management Services in more detail Sillks provides a full range of management services to investors, owners and developers under the terms of its Management Contract. These services include planning, implementation and on going operations as follows:
Planning – from financial feasibility evaluation, concept development, preparation of facilities list, relevant operating standards specifications and support during the contractor bidding process.
Implementation – develop pre-opening budget; establish operating concepts, staffing and training plans; development and implementation of food and beverage concepts; specification and procurement support of operating equipment (FF&E); preparation and implementation ofGolf Club operating standards and membership
