shrunken liver ( end stage) Hematuria , proteinuria due to
hepatorenal syndrome ( acute renal failure)
Confusion or coma due to hepatic encephalopathy- excess NH3 in blood n enter the brain
Hematemesis n malena -due to hypertensive gastropathy- ade vericose kt esophagus
Pruritus-because of bile salt products deposited in the skin.
Nausea n vomitting- uraemic syndrome
Joint pain- Hypertrophic osteoarthropathy. Chronic proliferative periostitis of the long bones
