Kidnap for Ransom is a kidnapping or detention 

committed for the purpose of extorting ransom from the 

victim or any other person and punishable by life 

imprisonment.

• The Philippine government should work so that in thefuture the independence of the three (3) islands couldbe declared. They would renounce/forego Mindanao

• Mustafa (kidnappers’ negotiator) has to be given thepossibility to talk directly to the Swiss Ambassador.The call could be made to his number.
