Increase our ability to compete in the county through high quality and expansive programs that are academic, athletic, extra curricular and reach each sector of our student body

 

Engage in active promotion of the Scott Valley Unified brand, through consistent messaging (motto), high impact across social media platforms, and a robust alumni support system.

 

Create multiple non-traditional pathways to post secondary success inclusive of Scott Valley Options expansion and career technical opportunities and certifications that will place students in the workforce directly upon graduation from our program

 

Develop a Multi-Tiered System of Support that addresses the needs of our students at all levels, implements targeted

support for those that need it, and improve our student and staff connectedness 

Recruit, Retain, and Promote high quality staff by building capacity for high quality instruction

Create alternate methods of funding (such as a foundation) to support focused initiatives 

Develop and implement a system to ensure that faculty, students, and families are respectful of our diverse population.
