THE SECRET IS NOT mainly in STRATEGY OF HOW TO ACHIEVE THE GOAL

BUT IN THE ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE GOAL ITSELF

CHECK LIST BEFORE WNC

1. Check your goals. Are you excited about them? Do they scare you

enough? Your knees are shaking? The heart is beating?

2. Check your team mood. Get them on board with the

attitude you see is needed

3. Make sure, that you do not set invisible frames around

yourself. If so, team will also surround themselves with

«it’s impossible» frame

4. Make sure, that you are not in the shadow of something

that happened before you. If so, team will also feel in the

shadow: «I will not set higher goals as previous term

didn’t achieve even this ones»

5. Make sure the whole EB team is already WORKING

on spring Realization. This is CRUCIAL

6. Make sure, that everyone is excited and united by recruitment.

You have results before WNC

7. Unite them within the LC and get ready to showcase

your attitude at WNC!
