PipePillo Structured Pipeline Pillow (SPP) Field Test – Price Gregory

The project sites received a number of SPP’s free of charge from the manufacturer to conduct testing and evaluations. While the client was unwilling to approve the installation of the SPP’s in lieu of concrete supports for the installation of the underground plant piping, they were utilized in for some in-trench support and extensively for staging prefabricated spool pieces and field fabrication works.

Price-Gregory: The SPP’s are a time saver and very effective in cutting down on man power requirements when compared to setting fabrication up on skids.
