Press 2 to Edit your User Data.

Enter First NameEnter First Name

Press 1 to Enter your First

Name.

Use the Left and Right Arrows to

Select the First Letter of your First Name.

For Example: Press the Left Arrow once to Highlight the

Letter “L”.

Press SEL to Select the

letter.

Use the Left and Right arrows to

continue spelling your name.

Making CorrectionsMaking Corrections

Use the CLR button to

Backspace and make

corrections.

Do not press the MENU

button as your changes will not be saved.

Done Entering NameDone Entering Name

When you are done press the Enter button.

After pressing the Enter button, your screen will

display the following.

Cancel Send DataCancel Send Data

Press NO.

Enter Last NameEnter Last Name

Press 2 to Enter your Last Name.

Follow the same procedure as

your First Name.

Enter User IDEnter User ID

Press 3 to enter a User “UVU” ID.

Back to User DataBack to User Data

Press MENU to move back up

the list of menus - in this screen, you can

send the data you just

entered by pressing 3 -

otherwise press MENU again.

Select Other OptionsSelect Other Options

Use the arrow keys to select

the other options.

Contrast will allow you to change the screen contrast.

Battery will show the percentage of battery time left.

Version shows the ResponseCard’s software version

number.

Other Setup OptionsOther Setup Options

Once you have selected an

option, press the Enter button.

Setup is now complete.

Setup CompleteSetup Complete

Press MENU until you return to the top level

screen.
