Request for Consent will not be forwarded to the Landlord until all items are received in full and the Credit Check has been received to the Landlord’s satisfaction. Consent to Assignment will be conditional on all accounts being at a zero balance including the cost of $275.00 (plus applicable taxes) for the cost of the Request to Consent to Assignment of Lease.
