If we cannot help, the desired report will be sent to the Program Managers and EC Director [Sam Dempsey] for review

How Do I access a report?

Step One Log In from W-S/FCS website in User Options

How Do I access a report? Step Two Enter Login information (This is

the same as your district email) and hit Login in button

Step Three Click on School System

How Do I access a report?

Step Four Select Report and Click on the Report Title

How Do I access a report? Step Five Make sure that your school

and the information you need are selected

Step Six Scroll to the bottom and click the Generate Report Button

Step Seven You will see this screen. From here, select “Main Menu”

Step Eight From the Main Menu, select, “My Reports”

Step Nine Select your report

Step Ten Open your report!

How Do I access a report?

Step Eleven As with any file, open from the bottom left of the screen.

General Notes

If you have access to run reports, view of the whole district is possible. This is due to access of “test school” for training. The district view option should disappear after.

Please remember that you may not full rely on these reports for another year.
