QS-Bus Example
Run complete loops through QuickStepper units (Pneumatic, electric or hydraulic actuators) as standalone
control modules direct accessible with QSBus. The complete loop work even when bus or PC is down!
Communicate easy with other system via OPC 2.0-compliant server or other protocol.
No external I/O is needed, connect your extra I/O thru Quick Stepper.

Application note, Fail-Safe Hydraulic Power Pack
Quick Stepper fail-Safe Electro/ hydraulic power pack is suitable for single acting spring return actuators.
The unit can be mounted directly on the actuator or remotely in harsh environments.
In the event of a power loss, the valve will automatically go to the fail-safe position by means of the spring force.

Damper, air seal control installation example
Quick Stepper air seal control. The positioner is mounted on a vessel, a harsh enviroment with high demands for
vibrations recistance.
Function:
Quick Stepper positioner is mounted on a spring return actuator on a double damper with air seal.
Multiple engines share the same exhaust gas pipe. On each engine there is a damper to prevent exhaust gas
from the other engines to leak into the engine room.
Below are some built in features used to assure the function.
• Built in limit switches, open & closed position.
• Check if double damper are 100% tight by measuring blocking air seal pressure when valve are closed.
• Fail safe open function for power or air supply loss.
• Fail safe alarm and signal check of all inputs.
• Mechanical manual override.
• Operate valve.
All PLC functions are done with Quick Stepper.
