To create a single platform for the public to register their

grievances concerning any department of district

administration.

To facilitate citizens for registering their grievances through

various available modes like post, written representation in

person, phone, sms, online through web, complaint drop box.

To ensure speedy dispatch of grievance to the respective

department and to ensure timely disposal.

To provide education and information to the public regarding

various Government Departments and schemes.

through Phones.

# Public can track their Grievance Status online.

# Public can give their Grievance to PGC Cell manually

# Grievance can be captured by Service wise.

# PGC Cell forwards Grievance to the Concerned Department

officer through online along with SMS alert.

# Pendency report sent to concerned officer by SMS alert.

Highlights of PGC

# Automatically application forward to Next Level officer if the

Designated officer not able to finish the work within the

given time bound with SMS alert.

# Application will be closed only after the applicant satisfy with

the work done by Designated officer (For quality check).

# Newspaper Grievances are uploaded online.

# Send Weekly Abstract Report to DC and MP through SMS.
