The purpose of the program is aimed at pverty alleviation.

It focuses on the manual clearance of the Provincial land.

The main target groups are youth and women.

It also targets the poorest of the poor communities.

The program has impacted positively on within the various communities.

Currently, it has reached out to 54 families and touched 324 people.

It has instilled community pride and encouraged nationalism.

For the Womens’ month , this program has focused on the selection of only women contractors.

The targeted sites are all in Pennington under Umdoni Municipality in the areas of Kelso and Emalangeni.

The sites description are as follows; Erven 910 to 913 and Erven 930 to 933, Pennington.

These sites belong to the Department of Education.
