Kanban and flow economics have revolutionised how product and knowledgework focused companies work. Lean/Agile respect for people: what they think and believe. But more things need to flow in the knowledgework enterprise than just product discovery & development, and without them, that core flow becomes turbulent, excessively dissipating the system’s energy.
