Circumcision is the world's oldest planned surgical procedure, suggested by anatomist and hyperdiffusionist historian Grafton Elliot Smith to be over 15,000 years old.

Why this circumcission? 1) Religious reasons

Medical conditions , like,

Phimosis ParaphimosisBesides, Recurrent balanitis, Posthitis and balanoposthitis, Carcinoma confined to prepucial region.

Relative Contraindication:Active infective conditions;

Bleeding disorders like, Haemophilia,

Thrombocytopenia;

Absolute Contraindication:

Hypospadias

Epispadias

Methods Of Circumcision: Guillotine MethodDissection / Sleeve method

Complications: Immediate:Bleeding Injury to glans or urethraToo much or too little exicision. Extensive sloughing Psychological trauma Late:Meatal stenosisPainful erectionCosmetically unacceptable scar

Post circumcisional bleeding:

Bleeding is the most commonly encountered complication of circumcision. it occurs in less than 1% procedure.

Management: There might be a small amount of blood in his diaper at the first change after circumcision but there should be nothing more than perhaps a few small spots subsequently.
