Dear All.
IPC Corporate University was established for the purpose of improving or enhancing the competency as well as the performance of professionals in port, maritime and logistics field. To reach those goals, it requires guidance in development program in those strategic fields.
This program catalog is created by IPC Corporate University as an effort to fulfill the human resources development needs in developing professionals in port, maritime and logistics. The program in this catalog was developed through collaboration with experts in those fields. In addition, this catalog was developed based on best practices on the field to ensure the applicability of these programs into the real world. Hence, the program in this catalog is not merely theory, but also practice with the aim of providing positive impact on operation and business process as a whole.
In general, the catalog is divided into three subjects namely Port & Maritime, Terminal & Logistics, and Leadership & Management. The programs under each subject have been specifically formulated to increase the competency as well as performance of the participants with the ultimate goal of improving their business performance. Moreover, to support the government’s program “Pendulum Nusantara”, the synergy training programs of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I, II, III, & IV (Persero) are also available inside.
In delivering qualified program, IPC Corporate University is also collaborating with expert partners from regulators, relevant industry association, and from industry themselves such as port/terminal, shipping-lines, forwarding and logistics.
It is our sincere hope that the program in this catalog will bring positive impacts not only to IPC in their business performance, but also to our beloved Indonesia.
