At PinPoint Solutions, we provide a customized solution for each search we work. I run the Sales & Marketing
Practice Area for my firm. Most of my day is spent recruiting Product Managers and Vice Presidents of Sales.
However, I have other functional recruiting counterparts that run HR, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality,
Accounting & Finance and Operations & General Management. These functions represent a bulk of the
demand we see in the marketplace today.

In addition to this functional expertise, we also have Recruiters that specialize in an industry. Most of the work
we do is in the manufacturing space, but we have recently been expanding into Professional Services and
Healthcare. In 2017, these two areas have become a large portion of new client base.
Our firm is unique in the aspect that we partner with each other. Though our clients have a constant one point
of contact, we assemble a unique team of industry and functional recruiting expertise behind the scenes. If I
start a search for a Director of Sales for a Medical Device Manufacturer, I can partner with our Medical Device
Practice Area and round out my industry expertise. Likewise, if our Plastics Practice Area brings in a Product
Manager search, I can jump in and bring the functional expertise. Through these partnerships, we combine
networks to form a more complete understanding of how the role fits in the market and the steps needed
to fill it.

Sara Kosmer is the Practice Area Director for Sales & Marketing at PinPoint Solutions. She started her
career in Recruiting nearly 10 years ago. After a year or two in Contingency, Sara moved to our retained
division, Westport Intl, and founded our company’s internal research department. Sara spent several years
managing the department and sourcing candidates for executive level openings across the organization.
Today, Sara has moved back to PinPoint Solutions, bringing with her a search approach to contingency.
