The tablets from Orkney (the closest island to Shetland) were delicious!!!
There’s a lot of sugar and butter in them!
Our penpals told us when you go to a
restaurant it is normal to get some tablet at the end of your meal.
We ate oatcakes and Christmas pudding for the first time in our life!
It’s an island!!!
