Truth is…

A lot of people spend their lives in a hurry, sleeping and eating as fast as they can for the sake of work. This leads to stress and weight gain that can evolve into more serious diseases.

• Not only is stress causing you to gain weight but also causing rapidly growing problems inside you that might cost you your life.

• What do people lunch in a busy schedule? Do they go to McDonalds or they take the time to go home and relax? I thought the same.

Professionals suggest… • Create a balanced schedule. Try to analyze

which activities are the most important.• Don’t over commit. Avoid fitting to much into

one day• Wake up earlier. Just do it… Come on.• Plan regular breaks.• Get time out in the sun. It will let you breathe
