Open houses are a long-standing tradition in the sale of residential real estate to expose more people to a home put up for sale.
Open houses are normally held on weekends to capture more traffic because most people are off work on weekends.
A real estate agent often suggests to his clients that they open their home up for an open house if he thinks that inviting the public to tour the home will help sell it.

Overall including all the mediums of advertising and printing expenses, our total cost amounted to Rs. 25000 approx. However we gained:
Brand Awareness of great level Anxiety and curiosity amongst neighbours Brand Recall to over 50 visitors who had a Unique and Pleasant Experience of seeing a property Hopefully this transaction will be done and this will get us future buyers and future seller leads as well.
