ONE POT PENNE PASTA & CHICKEN BAKE• 3 Tbsp. olive oil

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

• 1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic

• 1 onion, chopped

• 4 cups chicken broth

Heat olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle salt and pepper over

chicken, add to pan; cook 3 minutes. Add Oh! So Garlic and onion to the pan; flip

chicken pieces to cook on other side for 3 minutes. Add chicken broth. Bring to a

bubbling boil (about 3-5 minutes). Stir in pasta. Cover. Reduce heat to simmer for

about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in shredded cheese, cream cheese and

Creamy Garlic Hot Dip Mix. Cover and

simmer for 10 minutes. Add spinach;

mixing it into the pasta. Cook for

another 5 minutes or until spinach

wilts. Serve immediately.

• 3 cups dry penne pasta

• 1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese

• 1/2 brick (125 g) cream cheese

• 1 pkg. Creamy Garlic Hot Dip Mix

• 2 cups fresh spinach
