The 2012 Thayer Event was a pair of jubilant and insightful days of familiarization, sightseeing, food and

wine. While we all know New York City to be one of the world’s foremost locales for events, it is always

marvelous to get a glimpse at the breathtaking destination event opportunities offered right in New York

City’s backyard. With it’s contemporary and historic venues (including, of course, the glorious Thayer Hotel

at West Point), breathtaking vistas, progressive and traditional art, world-class food, wine and premier

shopping, the Hudson River Valley is an ideal region to make your next destination event an unforgettable
