• Held most successful IR workshop to date• Provided member-driven chapter programs• Arranged alternate program times and locations to

meet needs of membership • Generated regular media promotion of chapter

events; cross-promoted with area organizations• Further streamlined the Board process• Enhanced chapter website; kept up-to-date• Promoted more effective communication with NIRI

and other chapters

1. Create stronger sense of community among NIRI-Chicago members

– Networking events: Held 3 casual, small-group get-togethers in northern and western suburbs and downtown. Well received. Attracted members who cannot usually attend meetings.

– Website: Enhanced and kept the site up-to-date to make it a valuable resource for chapter news and information.
