• If the Tier A Municipality or Public Complex owns and operates less than 5,000 catch basins they shall inspect and clean at least 1,000 catch basins per year, or as many catch basins as they own and operate

• If the Tier A Municipality or Public Complex owns and operates more than 5,000 catch basins, all of them must be inspected and cleaned by February 28, 2014.

• Highway Agencies-If the Highway Agency owns less than 10,000 catch basins they shall inspect and clean at least 2,000 catch basins per year, or as many catch basins they own and operate

• If the Highway Agency owns and operates more than 10,000, all catch basins must be inspected and cleaned by February 28, 2014.
