Tutor Evaluations• We are in the process of developing a formal and informal

evaluation process.

• We will need more managers in place to execute the plan accordingly as these evaluations occur on a regular basis.– We have anywhere from 150 to 230 Tutors from the Spring 2016,

Summer 2016 and Fall 2016 semesters– Currently we have 1 Manager and 1 Director

• Will need 1 Manager at each Learning Center

• The results of the evaluation process will be made known to the tutors.

student resource fairs, departmental meetings, Deans and Director Meetings, class visits, and new student orientations

Future Direction Recommendations• Build large comprehensive Learning Emporia at each major location

– Central, Northwest, Southeast, Southwest, & Northeast

• Build smaller comprehensive tutoring centers at each remaining location – all sites should have support

• Ensure we have the proper infrastructure in place– Add Full Time Tutor Positions– Consider Full-Time Learning Associates – 12 Learning Center Managers – Regional Associate Director or Director to oversee each region– The Director, Instructional Support would either stay a Director or move to an Executive Director or

Dean,

• Continue application for CRLA Certification

• Develop an evaluation program for the tutors

Future Direction Recommendations

• Conduct Program Assessments

Student surveys

Data analysis, trends, scheduling, and reporting
