Overview• The National Public Safety Telecommunications Council
(NPSTC) is a federation of 14 organizations whose mission is to improve public safety communications and interoperability through collaborative leadership (www.NSPTC.org)
• NSPTC provides the web-based, secure NIIX service (www.NIIX.org) to assist the interoperability community in the development and sharing of statewide communications interoperability plans and other interoperable communications-related documentation.

NIIX Services• Centralized access to peer-supplied documents, including various
plans, agreements, governance, policy, legislation, SOPs, funding and other useful documents
• Ability for members to submit documents to a national repository for sharing with peers
• Security and authentication ensures that only members with appropriate authorization have access to sensitive planning documents
• Contact list of other NIIX community members
• Calendar and event announcements
