Lately, in the front-end/UI panorama the developers are rushing headlong into 'the god of the open source javascript frameworks', aka jQuery. Most of the times it isn't known there are several valid alternatives, and one over others is MooTools. This talk aims to shortly analyze this framework, looking into its values/faults, showing its potential and the main differences with jQuery.
