The Board

• Elections will be held the first week of Februrary– In order to run, you must attend at least two board

meetings!!!

• Board meetings are every off Monday

• There will be two huge Key Club bins– One in the Main Office– Other in the cafeteria near the microwave

• Place pop tabs from sodas in there– This helps support the Ronald McDonald House

OSU Football Games

• Thanks to our wonderful volunteers at Britton’s Book Fair, we’ve been asked to help again

• December 6th from 6:00pm – 8:00pm

• Thirty or so volunteers needed for:– Serving dinner– Wrapping secret Santa gifts– Helping students shop– Cashier

• Sign-up forum is on the Key Club website

• Due TODAY!!!– Please place all gifts in Rm. 221– Make sure your designated HAND is tied to the

gift

• Co-leaders: Mary Carson and Matthew Westling

• We will be helping three families– Cannot afford Christmas gifts

Adopt-a-Family

Food Drive• Collect canned foods for families

impoverished families of Davidson– We will be backing up the Student Mentors

• Ideally each period 3 class will be responsible for collecting certain items

• There may be tables run at Parent Teacher Conference, concerts, Variety Show

• Saturday, December 7th and December 14th

– 6:00pm – 9:00pm each day

• 4-5 volunteers each day at Weaver Park– Northwest Historical Society

• Help with general Holiday activities– And visitors that come by

• Forum on the Key Club website!

• This will be in January– Shelby would like us to raise money/canned

goods for the local Food Pantry– Always in need

Shelby’s Project

• This will be in January also– Matthew Westling’s project!

• Will work in conjunction with the Future Medical Careers Club

• A family in need of a liver transplant– We can help :D
