Recovery of Hydrocarbons from Gas Streams UCARSORB™ NGL Adsorbents

•  Natural gas streams often contain varying levels of NGLs, which can hold significant value for operators

•  New technology developed using polymeric beads with high surface area to adsorb NGL compounds

•  Looks similar to a zeolite bed but opposite principle – not size exclusion (picking up small molecules) but collects large hydrocarbons, allowing smaller compounds to slip through the bed

•  Installing first plants on: •  Flare Gas NGL recovery •  Engine Gas NGL exclusion •  Pipeline Gas NGL concentration

•  Low pressure drop (<5 psig)
