Workflow Introduction Seq Workflow Description Notes1 Course Availability Sent to provider call to verify

inventory availability for course request.

This workflow will not be generated if inventory automation is available and the college provides the MCO with reserved seats.

2 Home College Residency Validation Request

Sent to Home College to verify Residency.

3 Academic Standing Check Request Sent to Degree Granting College to document the academic standing.

4 Financial Add Check Request Sent to Degree Granting College when a student self identifies that they have financial aid.

5 Student Registration Request Sent to Provider College after Seq (1, 2 and 3) are completed. This Workflow is used to confirm or deny a registration.

6. Drop Request Used to confirm a drop request for a given registration.
