and students in higher educational institutions) Regulations, 2015 read with Sexual Harassment of

Dr. Vishal Sood is a PhD, in Management (Finance) in the area of Derivatives. He has more than 20 years of teaching experience in various private and government institutes across India. He possesses 12 years of experience in Operations, Consulting, and Research in the fields of Collateral Management, Warehouse Development and Management, Commodity Markets structure and broking houses. He has worked with several professionals on project basis and short term assignments on developing warehouses and warehousing manuals. In research area, he has 60 national and international publications, more than 10 workshops, FDP's and 20 seminars. He has also authored a book on Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, and claimed 2 best all-around paper awards at Pacific, Udaipur and Altius, Indore. He is working on new research proposal on "Pricing Agricultural Commodities in India and contribution to Derivative Market".
