CoC no. 01/02 imposed on the vessel regarding bent stiffeners inside the ballast tanks & FPT tank top plating(Ref.DNV.GL Survey report) 4. Foam Analysis 5. Vessel’s Air-Con system not operational
Corrective Actions:
1. Divers underwater inspection carried out - 21sT/morning Oct . 2014 2. Awaiting feed back from DPA, who will in return, ask the Manufacturer 3. 2 extra Fitters now working at FPT 4. Foam Samples - Awaiting result & certificate of test 5. Already included in the 2015 budget.

9. International Shore Connection Nuts & Bolts heavily rusted - to be replaced with new ones, preferably made os stainless steel material. REQUESTED
10. Winch stoppers for Engine room stbd side dampers - to be fixed. PLANNED
11. Hydrant wheel valve on weather deck port side - to be repaired. DONE
12. Exhaust funnel flap for small bow thruster to be fixed. PLANNED
13. Hot water circulating pump for accommodation, temporarily repaired. REQUESTED, AWAITING ORDER.
14. Oil at the small bow thruster room containment - a "fire hazard" - to be removed & cleaned . DONE
