Needing a total network solution?
PowerLogic Ethernet Communications Card (ECC21)
Schneider Electric 2- Marketing – ECC21 – December 2008
About the ECC21
●The PowerLogic ECC21 Ethernet communication card expands the capability of the CM4000 and CM3000 circuit monitors as a total network solution for your power monitoring needs.

Ethernet communication card - ECC21
●3 Main functions● Provides a fast access to Ethernet networks to the CM3000
●Share information through intranet
● Provides an Ethernet gateway to products daisy chained to the ECC
●Provides access to Power Meters, CM2000, Micrologic, Sepam, and other Modbus devices
● Provides an embedded HTML page server
●Share information with a standard Web navigator
●Same Ethernet card as used in CM4000

ECC 21 Advantages
●Providing basic web-enabled displays, the ECC21:● Furthers the migration of PowerLogic systems to open networks
● Provides direct, high speed Ethernet connectivity.
●The ECC21 also allows for: ● Easy device setup
● Real-time power system information from the circuit monitors through a standard web browser using embedded HTML pages.
● Information can also be viewed for devices daisy-chained to the ECC21 onboard RS-485 port.

ECC21 Features
●Based on plug and play technology, the ECC21, with MODBUS/TCP protocol support, plugs into an expansion slot on the circuit monitor.
● This provides a direct connection to the Ethernet network using either UTP or fiber cabling.
●An RS-485 Modbus® master port on the ECC supports a daisy chain of up to 31 additional devices without a repeater.
● This allows the circuit monitors with ECC to act as an Ethernet gateway for downstream devices.
