PAYMENTINFORMATIONPerparticipant:5000€+VATappliedtothestatutoryrateinforce(23%).

2000€ + VAT (2460€) with the registration and the other3000€+VAT(3690€)until10May2016.

The fee includes Implantology Training Course, all thematerial, transportation to/from offsite events and hosthotel, welcome cocktail, lunches, coffee-breaks, planneddinners,hotelandbreakfast,LivingLisbonactivities,closingceremony, insurance, travel to Oporto.
