Aimed at KS 2 and 3, this introduces the Lindisfarne Gospels and key facts, and then looks at the artistic influences on them and the ways in which illuminated manuscripts and calligraphy have developed over time, right up to graffiti artists, cartoonists and contemporary calligraphers.
