- Impression management is a goal-directed conscious or unconscious process in which people attempt to influence the perceptions of others about a person, object, or event.

IMPRESSION MANAGEMENT

- Extrinsic motivation drives people to do things for tangible rewards or pressures, rather than for the fun of it.

EXTRINSIC MOTIVATION
