prior to January.

We calculate your cumulative Net Team Bonus Cycle
Growth by adding paid cycles our levels deep on your
Personally-Enrolled Team. All Active Associates in your
4PET will be included, regardless o country. The more
Active Associates you recruit and retain, the more you
could earn! (Non-renewed Associates will have no eect onyour earning potential in the Leadership Pools.)

Two Pools have been established based on rank. One or
4-Star Golden Circle Executive and above (4+ Pool) and
one or 2- to 3-Star Golden Circle Executive (2-3 Pool).
How do i know whch Pool i can partcpate n?
To participate in either pool, you must be Paid-As Executive
2-Star Golden Circle or higher and cycle 20 or more
times each week or a minimum o two weeks during the
Reporting Month and be a Paid-As Executive each day othose two weeksthis is considered a Qualiying Month.
The two weeks needed to qualiy can be any two weeks
during the month. I you are a 2- to 3-Star Golden Circle
Executive or two weeks, you will be able to participate in
the 2-3 Pool (Example 1). I you are a 4-Star Golden Circle
Executive or two weeks in a month, you will be able to
participate in the 4+ Pool (Example 2)

Qualied Net Cycle Growth is a percentage o Monthly16.
Net Cycle Growth based on the members number
o qualied weeks. For example, a member with a
Monthly Net Cycle Growth o 100 cycles that qualied
or the 4+ Pool or 3 weeks (in a 4 week month) would
have a Qualied Net Cycle Growth o 75 (3/4*100).
The maximum bonus is based on Qualied Net Cycle17.
Growth: 1-40 cycles - $10,000; 41-100 cycles - $25,000;
101+ cycles - $100,000.
The per share value o each Pool (1 share = 1 Qualied18.
Net Cycle Growth) will be calculated by taking the
maximum monthly disbursement amount or the Pool
divided by the total shares participating in the Pool.
For example, a $100,000 2-3 Pool with a total o 500
Qualied Net Cycle Growth shares would create a
share value o $200 each. The per share value or each
Pool will fuctuate based on the number o Qualied
Net Cycle Growth shares each month. The per share
value o the 2-3 Pool will not be more than 90% o the
share value in the 4+ Pool.
