Lantern Festival @ Springside

Springleaf NC held its annual signature event the Lantern

Festival at Springside this year on 10th September 2016.

Over 400 residents from Springleaf, Springside, Thong Soon,

Forest Hill, Meng Suan and Thong Bee Estates came to make

this an eventful evening.

Apart from a sumptuous buffet dinner, free lanterns were given

away to the kids. Excitements of the evening were line dancing,

ukulele performance, pomelo peeling contest, lantern riddles,

lucky draws and last but not least the imperative lantern

procession.

Event was organized by Springleaf NC, spearheaded by Irene

Lee. Grassroots advisor Er Dr Lee Bee Wah was also present to

greet welcoming residents.
