RECOMMENDATION: Award Bid No. 200120-B-JL, Wayfinding Signage Fabrication and Installation to Thomas Sign and Awnings Company Inc., in an amount not to exceed $53,462.20 for Citywide placement.

BACKGROUND: The purpose of this contract is to fabricate, furnish and install a uniform wayfinding sign system that includes trailblazer, vehicular directional, parking, pedestrian and trail directional signs. The award amount of $53,462.20 includes a contingency of $4,860.20 for any unforeseen work (see attached memo). The project is anticipated to be substantially complete within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from approval of permits and submittals.
