General Notes:
1. All affected business owners are to be notified of access arrangements prior to commencement of works.
2. Asphalt to match existing levels of all utility service pits and street furniture unless otherwise specified.
3. The contractor must assess and verify the location of all other utility services on site prior commencing works.
4. Kerb setout details and levels are to be verified onsite with supervising officer.
5. All disturbed areas to be reinstated to match existing and to the satisfaction of the Supervising Council Officer.
6. Kangaroo - Ground St Andrews Rd is to remain open throughout the works. A copy of traffic management plan is to be provided to and
approved by the Supervising Council officer. Vic Roads approvals are to be supplied or a memorandum of consent obtained.
8. Affected business owners are to be notified of access arrangements prior to commencement of works.
9. Upon completion of works, the whole site shall be cleaned up, all rubbish removed to the satisfaction of the Supervising Council Officer.
