Data Collection: Internal Sponsored Coordination Form
(ISCF)
Must accompany all applications for sponsored research funding Competing renewals, resubmissions, supplements, transfer-
insPurposes:
Documents the approval of proposed cost sharing Informs the University of any special conditions PI and investigators certify that they are in compliance
with federal and state regulations Attests to collaborative project planning Serves as an agreement between PI and Co-I’s concerning
distribution of funds Ensures that Tufts does not exceed allowable number of
applications
Why is the Internal Sponsored Coordination Form Important?
Some data entered into the ISCF is required to be tracked by the Federal government
Errors in the ISCF can cause delays in creation of accounts
Data entered into ISCF populates new RAS system This means that missing or incorrect data on the ISCF
causes missing or incorrect data in RAS-created reports
Meet the ISCF
