JOB CARD

RETAIL INTERNET BANKING - DISPUTED TRANSACTION LODGEMENT

1. Go to ‘Transaction’ → Select ‘View all transactions’-→ Select ‘Date range’ to find the transaction and

click on ‘Search’

2. All transaction details will be shown → Note down or copy the ‘Reference number’ for raising the

disputed transaction request

3. Login to the Internet Banking Portal-→ Select ‘e-Request’

4. Select option ‘New Request’ click on ‘OK’

5. From the Request Type, Select ‘Lodging Chargeback request for Disputed shopping mall transaction’

6. Select ‘Account Number’ from Drop down list

7. Enter the details i.e. Phone number, E-Mail ID & Remarks along with ‘Reference number’ as copied/

noted above in the field ‘External Reference number’→ then Click on ‘Continue’

8. On the confirmation page, reconfirm the details filled, then enter ‘Transaction Password’ and click on

‘Submit’

9. Cyber receipt is generated along with E-mail confirmation to the E-mail ID provided.
